These Terms and Conditions apply to the 'GoOnSet' mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the 'Application'), created by Lorenzo Zanchi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service Provider') as an ad-supported service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
1. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Application are owned by the Service Provider. You are granted a limited right to use the Application, which cannot be shared or transferred to others.
You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or use any part of the Application without prior written consent from the Service Provider.
2. Application Usage
By using the Application, you agree to:
- Use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Maintain the security of your device and the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must not:
- Modify or use the Application in ways that violate laws or regulations.
- Use the Application on a jailbroken or rooted device, which may affect functionality and security.
3. User Rights under GDPR
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) have rights under the GDPR, including accessing, rectifying, deleting, and restricting processing of their personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at goonsetapp@gmail.com.
4. International Data Transfers and Protection
For data transfers outside the EEA, we use legal agreements, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data as required by the European Commission.
5. Managing Your Data Consent
Users may withdraw consent for specific data processing at any time through Settings (for example Manage permissions and Ad privacy options, when available) or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may affect some Application features.
6. Automated Decision-Making
The Application may use automated features, such as personalized advertising. To opt out, update your preferences in the app Settings, device settings, or Ad privacy options when available.
7. Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you are in the EEA and believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services with separate Terms and Privacy Policies. Please review these policies:
- Google Play Services
- AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party actions or data processing.
9. Limitations of Liability
The Service Provider offers the Application 'AS IS' without guarantees or warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
10. User Responsibility for Account Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding their device and account credentials. The Service Provider is not liable for unauthorized access from a failure to secure credentials.
11. Updates to the Application
The Service Provider may periodically update the Application to improve functionality, fix bugs, or introduce features.
12. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. We will notify users of substantial changes through a notification in the app. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of these changes.
13. Termination of Use
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend access to the Application without prior notice.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy.
Subscriptions (GoOnSet Pro)
GoOnSet Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly and purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your GoOnSet account does not cancel the subscription.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
