1. Who we are

The website is operated by Lorenzo Zanchi from Italy. Contact: goonsetapp@gmail.com.

These terms apply to the website. The iOS and Android apps have their own store listings and in-app terms.

2. What the site is for

Go On Set publishes informational guides about movie and TV filming locations, related articles, and links to download the app. Content is for general information and screen-tourism inspiration. It is not professional travel, legal, or safety advice.

3. No affiliation with studios

Go On Set is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by film studios, networks, or the owners of the titles we mention. All trademarks and titles belong to their owners.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. themoviedb.org.

4. Visiting filming locations

Many filming locations are ordinary streets, shops, parks, or private property. Public pins on this website are approximate and may be offset on purpose. They are not an invitation to enter anywhere.

You must: stay on land you are allowed to use; not trespass; follow local law; respect residents, staff, and other visitors; keep access clear; and take care of your own safety. Do not film or photograph people in a way that breaks privacy or other laws.

You visit locations entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for access being refused, fines, injury, damage, or travel costs.

5. Accuracy

Locations, names, and production details can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete. Productions move, businesses close, and streets change. Check before you travel.

6. Intellectual property

The Go On Set name, site design, and original text belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy the site for a competing product. You may share links to our pages.

Posters, stills, and synopses may come from TMDB or other licensors. We publish location photographs only when we believe we have the right to do so. If you are a rights holder and believe something should come down, email goonsetapp@gmail.com.

7. Tips you send us

If you email a location tip or other content, you confirm you have the right to send it and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve Go On Set (including publishing a similar guide). Do not send confidential information or material you do not own.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (for example scraping in a way that harms the service, attempting to break security, or using the site to plan unlawful access to property).

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by Italian law, we provide the website “as is” and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your visit to a filming location.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence (dolo or colpa grave) under Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code, or any liability that Italian law does not allow to be limited, including mandatory consumer protections where they apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Italy. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also keep any mandatory protections of your country of residence. Disputes that are not resolved amicably may be brought before the courts of Italy, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to sue in the courts of their place of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
